Overview

If you're craving a delicious and authentic bowl of pho in Los Angeles, look no further than Ktown Pho, located at 974 S Western Ave Suite A, Los Angeles, CA 90006. This hidden gem brings the traditional flavors of Vietnamese pho right to the heart of Koreatown, where you can indulge in an unforgettable dining experience. Whether you’re a pho aficionado or trying it for the first time, this place has something to offer everyone.

As soon as you step inside Ktown Pho, the cozy and vibrant atmosphere sets the tone for a memorable meal. The restaurant is casual yet welcoming, making it perfect for a quick bite or a laid-back meal with friends and family. What stands out immediately is the menu, which boasts a variety of pho options, along with other Vietnamese delicacies that complement the signature dish perfectly.

The star of the show at Ktown Pho is undeniably the pho. You can choose from a variety of broths, but the beef pho is a crowd favorite. The broth is rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced, simmered for hours to extract all the deep, savory flavors that pho lovers crave. The tender slices of beef, fresh herbs, and toppings like bean sprouts and basil elevate each bowl, creating a delightful harmony of textures and tastes.

For those who prefer chicken, the pho ga (chicken pho) is equally satisfying. The broth has a lighter, yet still aromatic, flavor that pairs beautifully with the tender chicken and fresh garnishes. Both pho options are served steaming hot, making them ideal for the cooler Los Angeles evenings, but just as delicious year-round.

Beyond pho, Ktown Pho also offers a range of Vietnamese dishes that showcase the diverse flavors of the cuisine. The banh mi sandwiches, packed with fresh vegetables and savory meats, are a hit among regulars. They’re the perfect combination of crunchy, tender, and flavorful, offering a quick but satisfying bite that’s hard to beat. If you’re in the mood for something lighter, the Vietnamese spring rolls are a great choice, offering a refreshing contrast to the rich pho.

The service at Ktown Pho is another reason why it’s become a local favorite. The staff is friendly, efficient, and always ready to help you navigate the menu. They’re more than happy to suggest dishes or adjust your order to suit your preferences, ensuring that you have the best experience possible. And if you’re someone who likes a little heat with your food, don’t forget to ask for the house-made chili sauce-it adds just the right kick to any dish.

What sets Ktown Pho apart from other pho spots in Los Angeles is the attention to detail. They don’t just serve great food; they’re passionate about delivering an authentic Vietnamese experience. Every bowl of pho is prepared with care, and the ingredients are always fresh. It’s clear that the team here takes pride in their craft, and that dedication is reflected in the quality of the food they serve.

In terms of value, Ktown Pho offers great portions at reasonable prices. Whether you’re ordering a bowl of pho or one of the side dishes, you can expect generous servings that will leave you satisfied. The prices are competitive, especially considering the quality of the food and the friendly service you receive.

I tried KTOWN PHO for the first time and it did not disappoint! I ordered the Wagyu House Pho and it was absolutely delicious—tender, flavorful, and came with a generous portion of meat. I paired it with a Thai tea, which was perfectly refreshing and balanced the meal so well. Service was quick, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the ambiance made the whole experience even better. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to!

I ordered my food online and picked it up once it was ready. I ordered the wagyu pho and it tastes amazing. It's packed with lots of flavors and the broth is just right. I also order the chicken fried rice which is the best rice I've ever had. There was a little mistake concerning my order and the customer service was amazing. Helping me come to a solution and very caring. I'll definitely be ordering from them again. It seems to me they really care about their customers

This place should be rated 5 stars ya’lll!!! Like it’s a small hole in the wall but it provides fresh delicious good quality pho! I mean the broth was amazing alone. I got the oxtail (it is cooked in bone broth for 7 hours!) They also have Waygu options as well I added that to my oxtail pho! Bomb! Even the rice vermicelli noodles were high quality! A lot of pho places they break apart easily and lose their chewiness; but here they were still chewy and not too soft! They didn’t break apart like others! My hubs had the spring rolls and they were also packed with veggies and flavor! Also came with three tasting dipping sauces !!! I also LoVE the fact that they had two types of chilli sauces! I love chili oil ! A lot of places only have sriracha.

Pro: - More lime is free - “Comparable to OC pho” but maybe at 80% - Flavorful chili oil - Quick & friendly service Con: - Ran out of basil - Music is a wee bit loud - No eggroll combo because they ran out - More onion is $1. They don’t discount for having no basil but they charge for onions?

It’s an interesting entryway. There’s parking in the back but I just found street parking. You first walk in before you turn left and then the pho restaurant is to your right. I came alone but the staff was super friendly! I got the filet mignon pho with a Thai iced tea. I love that they add sliced ginger on top. The Thai tea was a bit too sweet but the ice evened it out. I enjoyed coming here and I’m glad I took a long drive to try it out!

I had the vegan pho, and it was delicious. Everything was as it should be. Tasty and fresh. Good flavor, huge portion. Great spot if you love pho. They have many more varieties. If you don't prefer the soup, they do have big salads with everything in.

This was one of if not the best bowl of pho I’ve ever had in all of America I added tendon to my pho and it was some of the nicest cleanest pieces of tendon I’ve ever had in pho And the ox tail was INSANE 100% worth the price
